Store Policies

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all items, including bikes. Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. 

If you need an item right away, please call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 30 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.


During the selection process, we will take all the time you need to be certain that you LOVE your new bicycle for years to come. However, we know things do come up from time to time and we want you to be able to buy from us with confidence.

New Bikes, Installed car carriers and Burley Trailers can be exchanged only for up to 5 days from purchase in new condition for store credit in the full amount of purchase price. If the item is not in new condition, a restocking fee will apply.  Please be careful with your purchase until you are sure you are satisfied!  Special orders are not returnable.

Accessories can be returned for up to 30 days for exchange or full refund.

Parts can be returned for up to 30 days for full refund, provided they have not been installed and are still in new, unmolested condition.

Used Bikes can only be returned for store credit. We guarantee the quality of our used bikes for 30 days from purchase and will be happy to re adjust them during that time.

Bikes left for service are subject to storage fees if not picked up within 30 days and after 60 days can be sold to recover repair and storage costs.

If you are ever unhappy with our Maintenance department results, just let us know, we would be happy to fight those gremlins out of your ride, and if we just can't fix it we will refund your labor charges. Parts installed are non refundable.

Prices and Information

Our website is intended to help you. We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices in our online catalog. And we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. However, inventory sometimes changes quickly or pricing errors may occur, and we reserve the right to decline or cancel any orders where mistakes or discrepancies in price or stock status exist regardless of the source of the error. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience such mistakes may create. Please bring any errors you find to our attention on your next visit or by calling or emailing us.
