Contact Us before bringing in that specialty bike to see if we can help with it. Otherwise we may have a good suggestion of where to take it.
We don't service everything.
Our mechanics do not have access to essential factory training, service bulletins, maintenance intervals, warranty, and even repair parts for bike brands we don't sell.
When we agree to service a bicycle, we want to know it will be done well and you will get the expertise you pay for, not pay us to learn on your bike!
There is a lot of technology crossover but the more specialized your bike is the more specialized your service will need to be.
In order to ensure the highest level of service, we do not offer installation of parts bought elsewhere. We do not offer assembly of bikes purchased elsewhere.
