Yes, You Can Still Buy a Bicycle Safely and With Confidence
Pedal Power is dedicated to keeping everyone safe while we help you choose and purchase your new bike. We have hundreds of bikes to choose from and more coming in all the time! For the most up to date availability please go to our contact page and submit your inquiry. You can preorder bikes that are scheduled to come in to reserve the perfect one for you. The new 2021 models are arriving weekly.
Purchasing a New Bike (from a safe distance)
Our friendly, expert staff is here to help. We will help you choose the models that best suit your needs, guide you on getting the right size, and even run several bikes to our safe viewing area in the front of the store so you can get the sharpest looking model! We are offering test rides! You have 5 days to exchange your new bike if for any reason its not the perfect choice.
Update for the Month of December: The Service Department is offering routine maintenance only on bikes purchased from Pedal Power! The current turnaround is 5-7 days. Bikes with free service coupons may be dropped off anytime and will usually be ready the following day. Thank you for your patience and support!
Three step no contact service drop off process
Review our service menu below to choose a service level. If you aren't sure what you need that's fine, we will send you a quote once we have assessed your bike.
When you arrive at the store, leave your bike in the rack just inside the front door. After the assessment, you will get a quote for approval via email if there are additional services or parts needed. Please be patient! We are working as fast as possible but turnaround times will be longer than usual.
Help Us Help You By Observing the Following Key Points
- Please stay at least 6 feet away from our staff and other customers
- Masks are required while inside the store
- If you encounter our staff in the parking lot, please don't get close to them
- Thank you for your patience
- We have limited staff and are spending a LOT of time cleaning bikes and surfaces so things are taking longer
Continual cleansing is a top priority to create a safe working environment for our staff and customers. We are consistently and thoroughly soap and water bucket washing every service and test ride bike when it’s taken into our system and wiping contact points down before returning bikes back to the customers. In our store, we are diligently cleaning every touch surface, including our pens, tools, and electronic devices at a minimum of once every hour. Our mechanics have dedicated stations that they are disinfecting throughout the day.
Please do not come to the store if you are feeling ill, have a fever, or if you have been exposed to a sick person in the previous 14 days.
